You will carry out a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance, working to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency. This role will involve working closely with the production team, identifying faults, and supporting ongoing improvements across the site. Non‑Negotiable Requirements:
- Strong electrical or mechanical maintenance background
- Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Ability to fault find quickly and effectively in a fast‑paced environment

- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to carry out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance

- PLC fault finding experience
