Agrial Fresh Farms in Colchester, Essex, is seeking a hands-on Harvest Machine Operator to run and maintain harvesting equipment for baby-leaf crops. You will support soil preparation, transport produce to packing and cooling, and help ensure equipment is clean, safe and ready for use.
Hours are Monday to Friday (Saturday as required), 7am–6pm, with pay at £13.20 per hour up to 48 hours and overtime as agreed. AH responsibilities include food-safety compliance and working as part of a team.
