Job Description
Vehicle Technician/Auto Electrician (Mobile Role) – Glasgow/Edinburgh, travel within central UK.
Up to £20 per hour, 40‑hour working week.
Company vehicle, van + door‑to‑door pay, 20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays, 1.5× overtime, 2× on Sunday, stay‑aways, and bonus incentive.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in vehicles.
- Undertake new product installations, preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Install and maintain aftermarket products, dash‑cams, sensor systems, etc.
- Travel to client sites around Glasgow/Edinburgh and nationally as required.
- Work within workshop and sites, providing ongoing support as part of a tight‑knit team.
Qualifications
- Service Engineer or similar role experience.
- Background in Electrical / Automotive industry.
- Full driving licence with willingness to travel.
- Good communication skills and service orientation.
