Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take over delivery responsibility for a high priority and complex network migration requiring management of design, commercials, external 3rd party suppliers, and internal business units. The senior PM will maintain an overarching project plan across the programme of work, ensure the project reports and tracks to plan managing internal and external dependencies and governance processes and change management process and manage the implementation / migration events with responsibility for delivery across all teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to align on project goals and execution.
- Monitor and report on project performance using the templates provided by the portfolio.
- Work with PMO to manage change control processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Technology project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Excel, Confluence, ADO).
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
Desirable
- Experience in Network Migrations and Delivery.
- Familiarity with the Energy industry.
- Understanding of waterfall and scaled agile delivery methods.
