Job DescriptionPlanner Central Belt, Scotland Multiple offices to choose from as location of work We are recruiting an experienced Planner to join a growing Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) team within a large UK organisation. Working across a portfolio of energy, decarbonisation and building services projects, you will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring project programmes to support successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project programmes from inception through to completion.
- Manage integrated programmes across multiple projects.
- Produce cost and resource-loaded schedules.
- Monitor progress, identify programme risks and develop recovery plans.
- Support NEC3/NEC4 contract administration and programme impact assessments.
- Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and programme analysis.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial, Design and Operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
About You Essential:
- Experienced using Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6 or similar
- Experience planning complex construction, engineering, energy, building services or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of critical path analysis and programme risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
- Project Controls experience.
- APM Planning & Scheduling Practitioner or PMI-SP qualification.
- Experience with Power BI and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience working under NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
