- Provide hands-on leadership across a portfolio of services
About You
- Previous care home management or operational leadership experience
- Nurse Qualification
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Proven track record of service improvement
- Excellent leadership, coaching and relationship-building skills
- Able to travel across Scotland as required
