A major residential developer is expanding their in‑house technical team in Glasgow and they’re looking for an Architect or Architectural Technician who wants to be closer to delivery, decision‑making, and the real‑world impact of their work. What you’ll be doing
- Developing and refining house types, site layouts, and technical solutions
- Producing and reviewing detailed construction information

- Visiting live sites to resolve technical queries and maintain design intent

What we’re looking for
