We are currently recruiting a Mobile General Maintenance Operative (GMO) to support a public sector contract based in Leeds. This is a hands-on role carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance, with responsibility for first-response repairs and site support.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance across the fabric and limited engineering assets
- Repairs to floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, furniture, fittings, painting, decorating, and general upkeep
- First response to toilets, leaks, blockages, Legionella duties, including tap temperature checks and flushing
- Plant room inspections and AHU filter changes
- Escorting contractors and monitoring works on site
- Updating CAFM systems and closing PPM/reactive tasks in line with SLAs
- Following all health and safety regulations
