This hands-on role involves a variety of maintenance tasks across residential and/or commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Plumbing tasks - fixing leaks, repairing toilets, and basic pipework.
- Furniture assembly - building and installing flat-pack furniture.
- Appliance repairs - troubleshooting and fixing household appliances such as dishwashers.
- General maintenance - minor electrical fixes, patching walls, door adjustments, and other ad hoc tasks.
