Position Overview: The Fleet Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of our sales/rental fleet, ensure proper maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment, manage a team of sales supervisors and operators, and develop strategies to optimize fleet efficiency. The role includes analyzing operational data, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily fleet operations, including scheduling and dispatch.
- Ensure completion of maintenance and repair for all vehicles and equipment.
- Lead a team of supervisors and operators, providing coaching and performance feedback.
