The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

To install, alter, maintain and repair fire and security systems to a high compliant standard and to specification.

  • Conduct installations of Fire and Security systems to the required British Standard, on time and on budget.
  • Conduct small works alterations to the required British Standard, on time and on budget. Alterations will consist of additions to systems, repairs to systems and investigations to systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance of Fire & Security systems to the level required by British Standards.
  • Conduct corrective repairs to the required British Standard, on time and on budget.
  • Help to manage & exceed client expectations.
  • Provide accurate, regular reports to your manager on the progress of the work.
  • Manage other contractors and junior colleagues on site where appropriate.
  • Responsible for the Health & Safety of yourself and others.
  • Where appropriate provide the correct completed certification accurately and on time.
  • Participate in our On Call Rota for out of hours emergencies.
  • We are looking for your help in reducing repeated callouts and so will expect you to achieve a first-time fix rate of 90%.
  • We expect you to be aware of and comply with the British Standards for servicing of systems.
  • Ensure your van stock level is adequate for our customer base and their requirements.
  • Use PDA as expected and in real time.

In return for your hard work we’ll supply all the normal things you would expect:

  • Van (can be used privately, although we’ll ask for a contribution from you for this).
