About the Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of care delivery and supporting both clients and staff. You’ll work closely with your team and external partners to ensure care is delivered safely, compliantly, and with dignity.
Key responsibilities
- Updating, reviewing, and managing individual care plans
- Supervising, supporting, and mentoring a team of care assistants
- Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Overseeing and supporting safe medication administration
