The role
This is the role that keeps the clinic running. You will own the day‑to‑day operation of our premises, manage our vendors, suppliers, and contractors, look after our office and laboratory equipment, and provide hands‑on administrative and operational support to the wider clinic team.

- Manage all supplier and contractor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements, and keep our supplier records in order.
- Oversee the servicing, repair, and replacement of office and laboratory equipment, maintaining the asset register and coordinating servicing and calibration schedules with the Laboratory Manager.
- Support the laboratory's environmental requirements, including air handling, temperature monitoring, and cryostorage infrastructure.
- Provide administrative and office support to the clinic team, including procurement of supplies and consumables and general operational coordination.
- Lead day‑to‑day health and safety: risk assessments, fire safety, COSHH, legionella, statutory testing, and clinical waste.
- Maintain business continuity plans for critical systems and support our HFEA and CQC compliance on premises and equipment.
- Manage the facilities budget and report regularly on compliance, supplier performance, and risk.
