The Facilities/Estates Manager will take full responsibility for the management and performance of soft services contracts, typically valued between £2 million – £2.5 million, ensuring high standards of delivery, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. This is a leadership role, with a Facilities Engineer reporting in, who will support the coordination and execution of works across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of soft facilities services across site, ensuring performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Manage large-scale service contracts in the region of £2M – £2.5M
- Lead and coordinate service providers across multiple disciplines
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety, and environmental standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact for service delivery
- Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive operational efficiencies
- Oversee planned and reactive works carried out by the Facilities Engineer and service partners
- Ensure services are delivered with minimal disruption to core operations
- Drive continuous improvement across all service lines
