A highly regarded professional chambers is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and presentation of two listed buildings. This is a hands-on, multi-skilled role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high standards across a varied workload.
The Role
- Day-to-day building maintenance (fabric, fixtures, fittings)
- Painting, decorating, and general upkeep of shared spaces
- Basic plumbing and minor repairs (locks, doors, fittings)
- Routine building checks and support with H&S compliance
- Liaison with contractors and supervised access to restricted areas
- Assistance with room setups, internal moves, and small projects

- Salary: £39,000–£44,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus
- Contract: 12-month FTC or immediate-start temporary option available
- Hours: 40 per week (core 8:00am–3:00pm on site + call-out flexibility)
- Location: Central London (must be within 1 hour for emergency call-outs)
