Job Description Senior Site Manager Exeter | Permanent | Full-Time £65,000 & Benefits package
Sphere Solutions are working with a Tier 1 contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team in Exeter, delivering a large complex design and build project in the heart of Exeter.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site
- Drive the construction programme, identifying risks and implementing solutions
- Lead, motivate and develop site teams
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and quality are maintained
- Chair daily coordination meetings with subcontractors
- Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates
- Work closely with commercial, buying and design teams
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager working for a Tier 1 or main contractor
- Experience delivering design and build construction projects, Passivhaus is
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, procurement and project delivery
- Experience managing Health & Safety, quality and Temporary Works
- SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid qualification
