You will be part of an exciting journey working on prestigious projects in desirable areas, where every site is different. Working in a close‑knit team, you will be a key member of the commercial team. You will play a crucial role in managing and controlling costs throughout the lifecycle of development projects and collaborate closely with departments such as Development, Construction, and Design to ensure commercial efficiency, cost certainty, and best value in all procurement and contractual arrangements.
Summary of Duties- Monthly cost reporting (CVRs), oversee budgets, closely monitor costs
