Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee an MEP package on a large commercial project. Your background will be strong in project management in construction, with a knowledge of M&E (MEP) works on a large scale.
Key Duties
- Management of a 9/10 person team
- New build student accommodation
- Incoming services coordination
- Substation construction
- Liaison with the client
- Communication with wider new build management teams
- Oversee Packages that range from Mechanical, Ventilation, Public health, Electrical, Sprinklers, access control, PV panels, LV connection, Substations, T&C Packages cumulative value is about £45m.
Requirements
- Proven M&E experience ideal but not essential
- Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and in budget
- SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS etc
- Knowledgeable and driven with a commitment long term
