Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee an MEP package on a large commercial project. Your background will be strong in project management in construction, with a knowledge of M&E (MEP) works on a large scale.

Key Duties

  • Management of a 9/10 person team
  • New build student accommodation
  • Incoming services coordination
  • Substation construction
  • Liaison with the client
  • Communication with wider new build management teams
  • Oversee Packages that range from Mechanical, Ventilation, Public health, Electrical, Sprinklers, access control, PV panels, LV connection, Substations, T&C Packages cumulative value is about £45m.

Requirements

  • Proven M&E experience ideal but not essential
  • Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and in budget
  • SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS etc
  • Knowledgeable and driven with a commitment long term
