Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a Non-Working Electrical Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical installation teams on a high-profile project in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on organisation, quality, safety, and ensuring projects run smoothly - without being required to carry out installation work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating electrical operatives and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Managing permits, RAMS, and site documentation
- Liaising with site management, clients, and project stakeholders
- Driving high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance
- Monitoring progress and resolving site issues proactively
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SSSTS or SMSTS essential. JIB/ECS Gold Card.
- Good knowledge of electrical installations and current regulations
- Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain programme targets
- Will need to have DBS and EL1 clearance (The electrical contractor can help you through this).
