The Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive, right‑hand support to a senior executive and wider team
  • Managing complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating intricate international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Inbox management and correspondence support
  • Preparing meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Acting as a key point of coordination between internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of ESG and sustainability‑related initiatives
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of investor materials and communications
  • Tracking ESG‑related KPIs and supporting reporting processes
