From bespoke client packages to our exclusive Pegasus Lounge, we specialise in crafting exceptional, high-end experiences for discerning clients across the UK and internationally. With offices in London, Glasgow, and Manchester, this London-based role offers the opportunity to travel extensively, supporting and delivering events across the UK and worldwide.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Events Manager with a strong background in premium hospitality and live events to lead the delivery of our growing portfolio, reporting directly to the Head of Operations & Events. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-profile events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. You will oversee logistics, manage supplier and venue partnerships, and lead a dynamic team to deliver seamless, world-class experiences. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and elevating the client journey, particularly across our flagship Pegasus Lounge offering. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel, often nationally and internationally, to oversee event delivery on-site.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of premium hospitality events, ensuring exceptional execution at every stage
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee event logistics, stock control, and inventory management across multiple events
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Operations & Events team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align operational delivery with commercial objectives
  • Take ownership of Pegasus Lounge events, supporting growth and innovation within this flagship product
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across events
  • Oversee on-site event delivery, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experience
  • Analyse post-event feedback and reporting, driving continuous improvement
  • Support business growth initiatives and new event opportunities

A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves travel between multiple sites, some of which are not accessible by public transport.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in premium hospitality, sports events, or luxury event management
  • Minimum 3+ years in a managerial role, leading teams and delivering complex events
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Additional skills, particularly French and Italian, are desirable.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences
  • Flexibility to travel frequently (UK & international) and work on-site at events
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
