Job Description

• We’re looking for an Event Planner to manage end-to-end event logistics, ensuring smooth execution of multiple programs.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage overseas events, team-building activities, and incentive programs.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, staff, equipment, and schedules.
• Oversee all operational aspects to ensure seamless delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience with CVENT.
• Experience with overseas destinations and unique venues/gala dinners.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
