Join a growing contractor delivering residential developments across Essex and surrounding areas. Projects range from single bespoke houses through to multi-unit schemes of up to 50 homes – new build residential with a hands-on commercial approach.

This is an office-based role with real breadth – combining quantity surveying and estimating responsibility within a close-knit team.

The Role

  • Commercial responsibility across residential developments (1–50 units)
  • Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
  • Variations, cost reporting and forecasting
  • Taking-off from drawings and preparing estimates
  • Use of estimating software to price and build tender submissions
  • Working closely with Directors on both live jobs and upcoming schemes
