The Role
- Commercial responsibility across residential developments (1–50 units)
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Variations, cost reporting and forecasting
- Taking-off from drawings and preparing estimates
- Use of estimating software to price and build tender submissions
- Working closely with Directors on both live jobs and upcoming schemes
