A leading global engineering company is looking to recruit a Production Engineer - Electronics to support manufacturing operations across high-profile Aerospace, Defence, Space, Medical and Industrial projects. This role would suit an experienced Production Engineer, Electronics Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in electronics manufacturing and component-level fault finding. Due to the nature of the business candidates must be British.

- Friday finish at 4:30pm

Duties:
- Carry out component-level fault finding and diagnostics
- Support manufacturing and supply teams with technical issues and corrective actions
- Investigate and resolve recurring production faults
- Create and update SOPs, manufacturing documentation and standard times
- Support balanced production lines and process improvements
- Complete FMEA, control plans and risk assessments
- Ensure designs meet DFM/DFA requirements
- Support NPI activities and engineering change processes
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
