Our client is undertaking a complex business carve‑out and separation programme, and is looking for an experienced ERP Programme Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

This role is central to ensuring a successful transition of ERP capabilities to a newly separated entity, enabling operational continuity from Day 1 and driving stabilisation and optimisation beyond go‑live.

  • Ensuring delivery of core ERP capabilities (Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Project to Profit) on time, in scope, and on budget.
  • Executing the ERP separation strategy, including data, systems and process disentanglement.
  • Managing TSA dependencies and exit plans.
  • Overseeing data migration and archiving (cleansing, extraction, transformation, validation).
  • Leading business readiness, cut‑over planning and Day 1 execution, including hyper‑care and transition to BAU support.
  • Owning the design and implementation of the target operating model.
  • Leading and governing system integrators and third‑party vendors (including ISVs for banking connectivity and e‑invoicing).
  • Engaging senior stakeholders across Finance, Finance SSC, IT and procurement.
  • Overseeing the integration landscape (One Stream, Data Platform, ISVs and other systems).
  • Managing programme governance, risk, budgets and reporting.
  • What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Strong programme governance, planning and risk management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in time‑bound, high‑pressure environments.
