- Previous experience as an HSE Manager, EHS Manager, SHEQ Manager, or Senior HSE Advisor within construction or mission critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, risk management processes, incident investigation, and contractor management.
Qualifications:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH Diploma.
- Membership of IOSH (GradIOSH or CMIOSH).
- Experience working on data center, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other high-risk construction projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence teams at all levels of an organisation.
