We are hiring an Entry‑Level Machine Operator to work in an auto manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety‑focused, and able to work in a physically demanding, dirty manufacturing setting. Prior experience is helpful but not required—training is provided for the right candidate.
Schedule & Pay
- Pay: $18 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the control desk regulating the rolling mill
- Operate the mill to produce rings according to specifications outlined in the tool list
- Perform ring dimension checks and make adjustments as needed
- Monitor equipment to ensure safe and consistent operation
- Maintain attention to detail while following all safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Machine operator experience but not required
- Construction or industrial work experience but not required
- Ability to work in a dirty, industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Trainable and dependable
