Our client is a growing multi-utility and infrastructure delivery partner, currently expanding its capability further in electrical and EV infrastructure. We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery, coordination, and performance of electrical works across a growing portfolio of infrastructure projects. This role sits between site supervision and senior leadership, taking ownership of multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, and aligned with commercial expectations.
Role Overview
- Managing multiple projects across LV/HV and EV infrastructure works
- Coordinating supervisors, site teams, and subcontractors
- Driving programme, quality, and delivery performance
- Monitoring productivity, cost, and commercial outputs
- Supporting mobilisation of new projects and workstreams
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships
Deliveries & Programme Management
- Manage multiple live projects across various locations
- Ensure works are delivered on time, within scope, and to required quality standards
- Monitor programme performance and proactively address delays
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors
- Ensure effective communication across all delivery teams
- Work closely with civils and multi-utility teams for integrated delivery
- Support mobilisation and efficient setup of new projects
Commercial & Performance
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and performance
- Support reporting, forecasting, and programme tracking
- Identify risks, variations, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive efficiencies across delivery to improve margins
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Maintain strong working relationships and communication
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
- Support growth through identifying additional work opportunities
Candidate Experience
- Proven experience managing multiple projects within utilities, infrastructure, or construction
- Strong understanding of programme management and delivery performance
- Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience delivering electrical or multi-utility projects
- Experience in EV infrastructure (desirable)
- Understanding of DNO environments and constraints (advantageous)
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project performance
- Ability to monitor productivity and drive delivery efficiency
- Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks and challenges
- Understanding of cost control and margin performance

- Successful delivery of multiple projects across the portfolio
- Strong programme and performance management across workstreams
- Effective coordination of supervisors, teams, and subcontractors
