We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver fast-paced commercial fit-out projects across the Midlands. You’ll take full ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to final account, often working within live environments and tight programmes. This role suits someone with a strong electrical background who can manage multiple projects and drive delivery on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical fit‑out projects from inception to completion
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Produce scopes of work from drawings and client briefs
  • Oversee project phasing alongside design teams
  • Monitor costs and supplier quotations to maintain budget control
  • Carry out site surveys and manage on‑site delivery
  • Attend and lead client and design meetings
  • Track and report KPIs weekly
  • Ensure full Health & Safety compliance at all times

  • Strong background in electrical project delivery within commercial fit‑out
  • Experience working on fast-track projects in live environments
  • Solid understanding of electrical installations and building services
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Good commercial awareness

  • 18th Edition (essential)
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Relevant electrical or building services qualification
