We're seeking Electro/Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team supporting the production of precision electro-mechanical equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their manufacturing career, with entry-level applicants encouraged to apply. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is not required.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble electro-mechanical systems and sub-assemblies according to detailed work instructions
- Perform basic testing and inspections during the assembly process
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Package finished products as needed
- Use hand tools including screwdrivers, wrenches, torque tools, crimpers, and other assembly equipment
- Read and follow assembly procedures, mechanical drawings, and written work instructions
- Support quality, safety, and manufacturing standards
- Assist with training and other production activities as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Experience in medical device, electronics, automation, or other manufacturing environments is a plus
- Soldering experience is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and basic electrical test equipment is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
