What will you be doing? * Carrying out repairs and emergencies in Social housing. * Complying with H&S Policies & Procedures and carrying out on‑site risk assessments for jobs undertaken. * Carry out fault diagnosis on site and keep records of work undertaken, including maintenance & repairs work. * Completing EICR's and periodical safety checks. What Should You Have? * City & Guilds, SVQ level 3 or equivalent. * Ideally trained to current regulations (18th Edition), hold an inspections & testing certificate along with a CSCS or ECS card. * Strong communication skills as you will be relaying technical information to customers and colleagues. * Working knowledge and understanding of all current Health and Safety legislation. * A Full UK Driver's License.
