Job Description ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANJob Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Gainsborough Salary up to: £55,000Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) - 6AM to 6PM rotating An exciting opportunity has opened for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a heavy industrial, high-volume manufacturing site.
This is a fast-paced, continuous process environment where engineering reliability is critical to maintaining production output.
You will be responsible for electrical fault-finding, breakdown response, and planned maintenance activities across processing and extrusion equipment, supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime.

- Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
- Strong experience working on conveyors.

- Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
- Level 3 Engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship (Electrical).
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

- Physically fit and able (role is demanding).
