Industrial Maintenance Technician to take ownership of maintenance for a newly commissioned, highly automated production line.

This is a unique opportunity for an electrical maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and making a direct impact on production reliability.

This isn't just another maintenance position—you'll become the primary maintenance resource for a new production line, with the autonomy to improve equipment reliability, optimize preventive maintenance, and help shape the future of the operation.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment on a highly automated production line
  • Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment using Allen-Bradley Control Logix systems
  • Connect to PLC processors for diagnostics and fault finding (programming not required)
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, drives, sensors, and control systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical systems including bearings, drives, conveyors, and pneumatic components
  • Optimize preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability
  • Coordinate spare parts inventory and vendor support
  • Plan and prioritize maintenance activities with minimal supervision
  • Partner closely with Production, Automation Engineers, and Controls Technicians
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase equipment uptime and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Required
  • Minimum of
  • 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Experience troubleshooting
  • Allen-Bradley PLCs
  • (Control Logix )
  • Ability to connect to PLCs for diagnostics and fault finding
  • Mechanical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with bearings, drives, motors, conveyors, and basic pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot industrial control circuits
  • Experience with manufacturing automation
  • HMI troubleshooting or basic modification experience
  • Preventive maintenance planning and optimization
  • Experience supporting or taking ownership of a production line or manufacturing process
  • Continuous improvement experience in an industrial environment
