Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward‑thinking organisation. We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of electrical maintenance services within a complex estates environment, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of planned and reactive electrical works across the site.
- Provide strong day‑to‑day leadership to the electrical team, ensuring statutory compliance, high technical standards, and excellent service delivery in a critical operational setting.
- Deliver and implement all aspects of planned and reactive electrical maintenance in line with contract requirements and KPIs.
- Provide technical and operational guidance to the electrical on‑site team, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant work standards.
- Champion a Right First Time approach through effective fault investigation and root‑cause analysis.
- Deputise for the Electrical Manager when required.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within electrical maintenance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and specialist services.
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation / Maintenance.
