The Opportunity

We’re looking to appoint an Electrical Estimator to join a Tier 1, award-winning building services contractor with a strong presence across the UK. With a secured pipeline of work and continued growth, this is a key hire within their pre-construction team.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission, playing a key role in securing new projects. Working closely with internal teams and supply chain partners, you’ll be responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications, carrying out take-offs, building competitive pricing, and ensuring submissions are both accurate and commercially sound.

About You

You’ll have a background in electrical estimating within the M&E or building services sector, with a strong understanding of installation methods and project delivery. You’ll be confident managing multiple tenders, identifying risks early, and contributing to well-structured, winning bids.
