We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Electrical Engineering professional to support the delivery of high-quality education and training programmes across our engineering curriculum. The successful candidate will bring current industry experience together with the passion to develop the next generation of engineers.
Essential Skills & Experience- HNC/HND Level 4/5 qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant industrial experience within electrical engineering, manufacturing, energy, maintenance, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation, maintenance and fault finding.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and safe systems of work.
- Ability to support and develop learners in both practical and classroom settings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Electrical principles and power systems.
- Industrial installation and maintenance.
- Fault diagnosis and testing techniques.
- Motors, drives and control systems.
- PLCs and automation fundamentals.
- Electrical drawing interpretation and schematics.
- Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
