Our client is looking to recruit an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, the role is to join an exciting period of growth and investment. With a new-build facility and significant recent investment in industry-standard equipment and learning environments, this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future workforce of the energy and engineering sector.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Electrical Engineering professional to support the delivery of high-quality education and training programmes across our engineering curriculum. The successful candidate will bring current industry experience together with the passion to develop the next generation of engineers.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • HNC/HND Level 4/5 qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Relevant industrial experience within electrical engineering, manufacturing, energy, maintenance, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation, maintenance and fault finding.
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards and safe systems of work.
  • Ability to support and develop learners in both practical and classroom settings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Electrical Engineering Competencies
  • Electrical principles and power systems.
  • Industrial installation and maintenance.
  • Fault diagnosis and testing techniques.
  • Motors, drives and control systems.
  • PLCs and automation fundamentals.
  • Electrical drawing interpretation and schematics.
