The role

Electrical Engineering Lecturer (Hourly Paid)

  • Hourly paid
  • Fixed term
  • £17.53 – £34.51 per hour, dependent of qualifications and experience
  • Tycoch campus

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and teach across levels, ranging from Level 1 to Level 3.
  • Ensure teaching and learning strategies and teaching materials are planned and meet the varied needs of all learners.
  • Assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records or work and achievements.
  • Ensure the learning environment is inspiring and maintain industry links to enhance the learner experience.

  • Passion for the industry and teaching and learning.
  • Passionate about the holsitic development of each individual learner and groups of learners.
  • Represent the college in a professional manner displaying integrity at all times.
  • Possess a level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering
