Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to work on a range of commercial projects. This is a temp to perm position offering long-term opportunities for the right candidate. The role involves installation, inspection, and testing duties across commercial sites, so a strong background in similar environments is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years\' experience as an electrician in commercial settings
- Gold ECS card
- Testing & Inspection certificates (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)
- Confident with metal containment installation (tray, trunking, conduit)
- Able to read and interpret schematic and electrical drawings
- Experience working with Solar PV systems is a strong advantage
- Own tools and transport may be required depending on site
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical installation on commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Fault finding, testing, and inspection
- Working from drawings and wiring diagrams
- Ensuring work is carried out safely and to high standards
- Liaising with site teams and supervisors where needed
