- A degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree).
- 3-5+ years of experience in UK building services.

- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical designs and reports to clients and stakeholders.
