Based at our Eccleshall site, this role is for seasonal workers to join our business on a full-time temporary basis during the busy summer season, from July through to October 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Drive to farms following our Mobile Seed Processing Plant in a company van.
  • Process farm-saved seed on site.
  • Assist with setting up the processor.
  • Check the quality of bags to be filled.
  • Coordinate with the operator to maintain good stock levels.
  • Ensure the site and machinery are clean, tidy, and that Health and Safety processes are always adhered to.
  • Establish good and safe working practices.
  • Always provide a high level of service and customer care.

Qualifications

  • No previous experience is required; agricultural, engineering, or grain‑handling experience would be advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate.
