We’re supporting a senior executive in the search for an Executive Assistant to work at the heart of a fast‑paced, high‑performance organisation. This is a pivotal role supporting the Group CEO and Chairman across a wide-ranging business portfolio, requiring confidence, discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly at senior level. This role will require working in the office up to 4 days a week but will need flexibility on this depending on the CEO's movements, this role will also require travel UK & International.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end diary, inbox and travel management
  • Acting as a key gatekeeper and first point of contact
  • Preparing briefings, reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings, events and board activity
  • Managing expenses, invoices and administrative processes
  • Supporting VIP and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Ensuring the CEO/Chairman is fully prepared ahead of all meetings

About you:

  • Proven experience as a senior-level Executive Assistant
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
  • Confident managing complex diaries and multiple priorities
