We are currently working with a mid-sized, multi award winning commercial consultancy who bring a fresh innovative approach to delivering projects within London’s office and residential market. Due to year on year growth and internal promotions, they are looking for a Director of Project Management to join their team.
Remuneration: £85,000 - £95,000 + Exceptional benefits + Bonus 10% - 30%
The Role: The Director of Project Manager will be responsible for mentoring a small project management team in their London office who focus on delivering CAT B occupier office space. The role will cover team management and growth as well as the hands-on technical 360 delivery processes from initial client engagement and design through managing the contractor teams in delivery to occupation with projects generally valued between £500,000 and £7 million. Although business development is always expected at this level, a lot of the work will come internally through the agency side of the business.
They are ideally looking for an MRICS qualified Associate Director level individual who is looking to step up into the role but importantly is keen to work within an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- MRICS / MAPM qualified with a BSc in Project Management
- Circa 7+ years’ experience managing 360 projects within the office or retail CAT-B fit-out space.
- Experience in team management, mentoring and growing a business unit
- Experience in client engagement / business development or keen interest in developing your skills in this area.
Personality: Fun, social, ambitious, and commercially astute. This is an exciting senior leadership role working within an established expanding company.
