THE ROLE
- Plan and manage regional operatives' diaries to meet performance targets and KPIs
- Schedule maintenance repairs to match operational needs and customer appointments
- Maintain the scheduling system and keep internal and external stakeholders accurately informed
- Liaise with customer service teams on appointments, updates, and issue resolution
- Handle written, electronic, and telephone enquiries within agreed service standards
- Collaborate with the commercial team on subcontractor purchase orders and variation orders
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR when handling customer data
- Follow safeguarding procedures and elevate concerns appropriately
THE PERSON
Essential:
- Experience in a customer-focused environment
- Comfortable working to performance targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Methodical, accurate, and process-driven approach
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
