A leading London-based Principal Contractor is seeking both Design Managers & Assistant Design Managers to join its growing design team. This role is ideal for a qualified Architect currently working in practice who wants to transition into a main contractor environment and gain exposure to live project delivery.

Role overview:
- Reporting to a Head of Design, you will support the design function across complex London projects, including:
- Managing design information from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.
- Coordinating architects, structural and MEP consultants.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Supporting design programmes and consultant deliverables.
- Attending design team and site meetings.
- Assisting with construction-phase design management.
Ideal background:
- Qualified Architect (ARB / RIBA or equivalent).
- Degree-qualified in Architecture.
- Experience within a UK architectural practice.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Knowledge and experience of the BSA 2022 (GW2) (Previous contractor experience is not required).
