Southern New Hampshire Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We’re a busy local service company, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high call volume environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Duties:

  • Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain filing systems and assist with document organization.
  • Provide customer support and service to clients, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Support office management tasks, including inventory control and supply ordering.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
  • Ability to route calls efficiently.

Requirements:
