Job Description

Data & Operations Analyst – Full time - Permanent

Executive Search

London – City - Hybrid

Salary: £40-£42k DOE

The Company

My client is a well-established executive search firm with a collaborative, down-to-earth culture where everyone contributes. They believe the best results come from working together, sharing knowledge and supporting one another. It’s a high-performing environment without the egos, just talented people who are committed to delivering an exceptional service and building long-term careers.

The Role

This is a data-focused administrative role at the heart of the business, combining information management, analysis and operational support. You’ll be responsible for ensuring business‑critical data is accurate, organised and readily available, giving consultants and researchers the information they need to make informed decisions. Working across multiple systems, you’ll maintain the integrity of internal databases, validate and update information, support research activity and produce accurate records that underpin the team’s success. Alongside the analytical side of the role, you’ll coordinate interviews and meetings, prepare documentation and provide day‑to‑day office support to keep everything running efficiently. If you enjoy working with data, spotting inconsistencies, improving processes and being the person who keeps everything organised behind the scenes, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.

You Will Be

  • Naturally analytical with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Someone who enjoys working with data, systems and information, ensuring everything is organised and up to date.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, and quick to learn new databases and business systems.
  • Experienced in an administrative, data, operations or business support role, ideally within executive search, legal or another professional services environment.
  • Comfortable supporting research, maintaining data integrity and producing accurate information to support business decisions.
  • A collaborative team player with an initiative‑taking approach and a genuine desire to build a long‑term career within a supportive business.
