We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Facades Contractor based in Erith, Kent. Our client is a well‑established business operating across the residential and low‑rise sectors, and they are looking to bring an Assistant Estimator into their growing commercial team.

The Role

You will work closely within a supportive team of Estimators, reporting directly to the Senior Estimator. This is a fully assisted role — you will be guided and developed every step of the way, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in estimating.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

  • Reviewing drawings and project documentation
  • Performing on‑screen take‑offs
  • Sending out material and plant pricing requests internally
  • Assisting with rate build‑ups
  • Supporting project handovers
  • Attending site visits
  • Carrying out initial contract reviews

Scope of Work

Projects span Screed, Dry Lining, and Render, primarily within the housing and low‑rise residential sector.
