This role sits at the centre of Boot Buddy and Sneaker Buddy and is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Part of the role involves managing customer service, but this is equally an operations role. You'll be involved in everything from wholesale orders and logistics to helping coordinate projects across marketing and the wider business. You'll work closely with the founders and become a key part of the team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Customer Care
- Managing customer enquiries across email, social media and support platforms
- Resolving delivery issues, returns and product queries
- Managing customer reviews and helping maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Identifying recurring customer issues and helping improve the customer experience
- Operations
- Processing and coordinating wholesale and B2B orders
- Working with fulfilment partners and warehouses to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
- Monitoring inventory levels and flagging stock issues
- Supporting product launches and ensuring operational readiness
- Maintaining operational systems, trackers and reporting
- Coordinating suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Helping improve processes and ways of working across the business
- Supporting The Wider Team
- Assisting the marketing team with product shipments, influencer gifting and campaign logistics
- Helping coordinate trade shows, events and retail opportunities
- Supporting project management across multiple departments
- Ensuring tasks, projects and deadlines stay on track
- Acting as a central point of coordination across the business
We're looking for someone who:
