Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

Here’s the exciting bit… A day includes:
- Support the Insight team with execution and delivery of key research & insights projects and initiatives.
A typical week in this role includes:
- Contributing to and managing end-to-end research projects covering both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies for internal stakeholders and our multi-CPG suppliers.
- Ideating new research projects by collaborating with stakeholders across the insight team and wider Superdrug business.
- Proactively seeking out wider market research reports and mining research tools for additional supporting insight (inc. Mintel, Stylus, YouGov etc.).
- Present research and actionable insight to stakeholders and suppliers.
- Continuously improving existing reporting methods within the Superdrug business.
Stakeholders include:
- Internal Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce, Store Teams, Commercial Finance.
- External Suppliers (Multinational FMCG companies) and Research and Data Agencies.

What you'll need:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar research or customer insight role.
- Proven experience of qualitative and quantitative research (client or agency side) both face-to-face and online.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Good presentation skills and experience in generating and sharing meaningful customer insights.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Passion for health and beauty industry.
- Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer-first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint of our O+O platform.
- Confidently communicate, challenge and give feedback to others.
